To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council regarding promoting employment for college graduates, further expand graduate employment channels, actively respond to the university’s call for organizing specialized, targeted, and finely-focused small-scale recruitment sessions, and strengthen the two-way interaction of “inviting enterprises into the campus and sending students into enterprises,” the Business School successfully held its 2025 Spring Specialized Dual Selection Fair, titled “Love Business, Embrace the Future—Jobs Await You,” in the lobby of the Business School Building at Liangxiang Campus on April 16.

The dual selection fair invited 12 high-quality enterprises from diverse industries, covering fields such as accounting, marketing, logistics, supply chain, human resources, and tourism. These companies provided a wide range of positions, including financial accounting, auditing, management trainees, procurement specialists, and human resources roles, comprehensively meeting the job-seeking needs of graduates across different majors and career aspirations.

Participating companies presented their strengths, recruitment plans, and compensation packages through diverse formats such as posters, display boards, and brochures. They provided professional responses to students’ inquiries, offering specific feedback and suggestions that are typically inaccessible through individual efforts. This enabled students to gain richer information and better align themselves with suitable career opportunities.

Facing a wide array of job opportunities, graduating students proactively engaged in in-depth conversations with recruiters, presenting well-crafted resumes and articulating their career plans by leveraging their academic strengths, thereby demonstrating solid knowledge foundations. Notably, students from non-graduating grades also took the initiative to “gain early exposure” by actively observing, learning, and inquiring about job-seeking strategies and role-specific skill requirements. Some even submitted internship applications on the spot, accumulating practical experience for their future careers.

The dual selection fair also featured a dedicated presentation session by the Aranya Group, which attracted a large number of students majoring in tourism management, marketing, and related fields. During the presentation, Human Resources Director Manager Shao provided a detailed introduction to the group’s development history, corporate culture, core business segments, and Aranya’s three-tiered value proposition. Students demonstrated strong interest in the group’s innovative business model and cultural philosophy, actively raising questions and sharing their own insights.
Looking ahead, the Business School will continue to uphold the values of “Truth-Seeking, Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence,” grounded in the development philosophy of “Business-Industry Integration.” We are committed to expanding diversified employment channels, actively building deep collaborative partnerships with high-quality enterprises across sectors, and creating more precisely matched career opportunities for graduates. Through these efforts, we aim to facilitate high-quality employment and empower students to embark on a new chapter in their lives.
