The Business School Has Launched the “Love Business – Career Connection” Enterprise Outreach Series

With strong support from the Universitys Admissions and Career Services Office, the Business School has consistently delivered the Love Business – Career Express series of corporate information sessions, aligning with evolving industry demands and strengthening university-enterprise collaboration to support students in securing targeted employment. The events featured leading companies including PwC, Industrial Bank, Xiaomi Group, Lee Kum Kee, Bank of Communications, and Sifeng Group, which offered over 100 high-quality positions, expanded access to diverse career pathways, and attracted more than 400 graduating students.

Prominent enterprises including PwC, Industrial Bank, Xiaomi, Lee Kum Kee, Bank of Communications, and Saffron Group have engaged with the Business School through on-campus recruitment events featuring corporate presentations, on-site written assessments, and immediate employment. These initiatives have established a streamlined pathway for students to advance their professional careers.

At the corporate briefing session, each participating company delivered a comprehensive presentation covering its development trajectory, business portfolio, corporate culture, and talent recruitment strategy.  

PwC highlighted its core service lines—including audit, tax, and advisory—offering in-depth insights into the career progression and professional development opportunities for finance and accounting professionals, drawing significant interest from students in related disciplines. Industrial Bank focused on emerging domains such as fintech and green finance, detailing the evolving talent needs amid its digital transformation and expanding career pathways for students majoring in accounting and financial management. As a leading innovator in technology, Xiaomi Group introduced diverse roles in research and development, product operations, and marketing, enabling marketing students to actively engage in the intelligent technology revolution.

Lee Kum Kee, drawing upon its heritage as a century-old sauce brand, highlighted career opportunities in brand management, supply chain optimization, and market expansion within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This presentation particularly captured the interest of students specializing in logistics management and supply chain management. Bank of Communications, as a key state-owned financial institution, emphasized its talent development programs in financial management training, digital finance, and international business, offering a stable and structured career pathway for students in management disciplines. Sifeng Group, a pioneer in new-consumption brand operations, showcased roles across e-commerce, brand strategy, and channel management, seeking dynamic young professionals with innovative mindsets and practical capabilities in marketing, business administration, and human resources.

Li, a participant in the PwC recruitment briefing, stated: “The session not only presented available positions but also offered valuable opportunities for direct, one-on-one engagement with company executives.
