On the morning of November 26, the signing ceremony for the collaborative initiative between the Business School at Beijing Technology and Business University and multiple enterprises—aimed at aligning talent supply with industry demand and co-building a talent development partnership—was formally held in Room 319 of the Business School Building on the Liangxiang Campus. The event was attended by members of the school’s leadership team, faculty representatives, and corporate delegates, who jointly witnessed this milestone in advancing deeper integration between academia and industry. The ceremony was chaired by Fan Jiangtao, Party Secretary of the Business School.
Dean He Yurun of the Business School extended a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to the representatives from the participating enterprises. She reviewed the school’s development trajectory and distinctive educational characteristics, noting that the institution has long upheld a strong tradition in business education and established a comprehensive talent development system spanning undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. In response to evolving societal and technological demands, the school has proactively expanded its academic offerings into emerging areas such as digital business. Dean He emphasized that substantial opportunities for collaboration exist between the school and industry partners, particularly in the co-development of internship and training bases, innovation in talent cultivation models, building platforms for deeper industry-education integration, joint course design, faculty sharing, and advancing the digital transformation of business education. Going forward, the school will fully leverage its academic resources and disciplinary strengths to precisely align with industry needs and systematically advance school-enterprise cooperation toward greater depth and broader impact.
The senior executives from participating enterprises—including Huatai Accounting Group Co., Ltd., Zhongshui Alliance Group, China International Travel Service General Corporation, Sijiujufang (Tianjin) Trading Co., Ltd., iFLYTEK (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants Beijing Office, Beijing Sijiqi Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhongguancun Life Science Park Development Co., Ltd.—delivered remarks in turn. The representatives expressed sincere appreciation for the Business School’s warm hospitality and commended its deep-rooted expertise and outstanding accomplishments in business education. They shared a range of collaborative proposals and recommendations across key areas such as core business operations, talent acquisition, and school-enterprise cooperation initiatives. All parties agreed that the signing ceremony has established an effective platform for communication and expressed their strong willingness to leverage this milestone to deepen collaboration with the school, jointly exploring innovative pathways and sustainable development models in business education.
Subsequently, He Yurun, on behalf of the Business School, signed the cooperation agreements with representatives from the participating enterprises.
In his concluding remarks, Fan Jiangtao emphasized that the school will take this collaboration as a new strategic starting point and actively explore the closed-loop model of industry-university-research cooperation characterized by “enterprises posing challenges, faculty and students developing solutions, and the market validating outcomes.” This innovative school-enterprise partnership closely integrates teaching with real-world practice, effectively addressing the longstanding gap between talent development and industrial needs.
