The Business School Successfully Hosted the Frontier Forum on Digital Transformation of Business Disciplines in the Digital Era

On July 6, the Frontier Forum on Digital Transformation of Business Education in the Digital Age, hosted by the Business School of Beijing University of Commerce, was successfully held. Over 40 experts and scholars from leading institutions—including the University of International Business and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, and Southwest University of Finance and Economics—gathered to discuss strategies for business talent development and disciplinary advancement in the era of digital intelligence. The forum was presided over by Professor He Yurun, Dean of the Business School.

During the roundtable discussion, Professors Cui Hongqiao from the Business School Administration at Jilin University of Finance and Economics, Dong Zhiqing from the School of Management at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Li Xiwen from the School of Accounting at Hebei University of Economics and Business, Li Xiaojun from the School of Accounting at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Liu Liangcan from the Business School Administration at Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Shu Wei from the Business School at Xian University of Finance and Economics, Tang Xuesong from the School of Accounting at Southwest University of Finance and Economics, and Zhang Xiaoming from the Business School Administration at Fujian Jiangxia College convened to discuss Talent Development and Disciplinary Advancement in Business Education in the Digital Intelligence Era. The participants shared insights on distinctive approaches to disciplinary development, innovative models of talent cultivation, as well as existing challenges and constraints. The session was moderated by Professor Liu Xiaoyuan, Associate Dean of the Business School at Central University of Finance and Economics.
